Subscription Management

To change your address or add a new one, sign into your account here. You'll see "Modify your address book entries" for your subscription at the top of the page. Click "Modify your address book entries" to "Edit" existing or add "New address". Be sure to click "Continue," so that your changes are locked in!
While we do not have a pregnancy hold option, we'd be happy to help you push back the date of your next renewal. Please reach out to us at [email protected] We're always happy to assist!

To cancel your subscription to a product, sign into your account here. Under "My orders", you'll see "My subscriptions". Next to each product you want to cancel, click "Cancel."  Make sure you remove each product that you no longer wish to receive!

So that you're not shipped products that you no longer wish to receive, please ensure you remove all unwanted products by 06:00 PM MYT the day before your subscription is set to renew.

To modify the contents of your order, cancel your current subscription and process a new subscription before 06:00 PM MYT the day before your previous subscription is set to renew. If it is past 06:00 PM MYT the day before your previous subscription is set to renew, please email us at [email protected] for assistance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

You'll receive a reminder email 2 days before each renewal date, so you'll always have a chance to modify your next order as needed!

No! You can cancel your subscription free of charge before 06:00 PM MYT the day before your previous subscription is set to renew to avoid being charged for your upcoming order.

Don’t worry, we can still get your Glow products to you. Please email us at [email protected] with your new address and we'll get you sorted out.

You can shop our full range of products at, where you’ll have the option to build a customisable subscription to fit your needs. We deliver orders right to your door, every 4 weeks, 3 or 6 months, and shipping is always free.

Click "Account" on the top right corner of our site and enter your email address and password. Click "Login," and you will be logged into your GLOW account! 

Having trouble logging in? When you're on the account login page scroll down, click on the link “Forgot Password” and enter your email address. This will send an email to your email inbox. From there, you’ll be able to reset your password!

You'll see "Your order has been placed" confirmation page once you've clicked "Place My Order" button. This means you're all set! You can expect an order confirmation email within the next 24 hours.

Your subscription product will be processed at our warehouse on the next business day, and will be on its way to you within the next 1-2 business days.

Once your order has been processed through our warehouse, alas, we are not able to cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience! However, if you've placed your order just few hours ago, we may be able to help! Reach out to our team here as soon as possible, and we'll see what we can do for you.

To change your account email address, you can reach out to us at [email protected]. Please include your old email address, as well as the new email address you'd like to use. Once we have this information, we'll be happy to make the switch for you!

You can reset your password by heading to the account login page here. Then, select "Forgot Password," enter your email address, and a reset link will arrive in your inbox within the next few minutes. 

Please note, this email may be in your spam or promotions folder, and this link expires 24 hours after it's sent.

We're sorry to see you go! You can unsubscribe by clicking "Unsubscribe" in the footer of any GLOW marketing email. You'll then be guided to a new window, where you'll be asked to confirm. Once you've confirmed that you'd like to unsubscribe, you're all set.

If you change your mind, you can resubscribe at any point!
