Glow orders placed with free shipping can take up to 5 business days to arrive, which includes processing time.

If you need your package sooner, we also offer 'next day arrival' expedited shipping. Expedited shipping will take 1 day to arrive once shipped, and costs an additional RM 12. 

*Please note that our warehouse is not open on weekends, so, depending on the day that you place your order, expedited packages may take longer than 1 days to arrive. In order for your order to be processed on the same day, it must be placed by 5 PM MYT.

We currently ship within Malaysia.

Each order has a specific tracking number that will be emailed to you after your order ships.

If you do not have registered email with us, you can use our Guest Tracking Order option under 'We Care 4 U' section.

If you no longer have access to the email address on your Glow account, you can request your tracking information by reaching out to us at [email protected].

Yes! Currently we offer free shipping in peninsular Malaysia & Just Rm 10 for East Malaysia.

If you need expedited shipping, we offer 'express shipping' for RM 12.

*Please note orders placed by 12pm MYT will ship the same day. If ordered on a non-business day, it will ship the following business day. 

For the fastest, most efficient delivery service, we use J&T Express courier company, both for standard and expedited shipping.

Our packaging is very discreet (just plain cardboard and a shipping label)!

Don’t worry, we can still get your Glow products to you. Just email [email protected] with your new address and we'll get you sorted out.

Alas! At this time, we are unable to ship orders overnight.

At Glow, we love to hear what our customers think of our products. That’s why we send a review request via email about a month after your first purchase, which may have coincided with your subscription renewal.
