Payment And Privacy

To update your billing information, sign into your account here. Once logged in, click "Billing Information" on the left-hand side of the screen. From there, you can edit your billing information by clicking "Edit address" under your current billing address, or "Update card" under the information for your current card on file. 


Yes, we accept PayPal in addition to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We love our products and we think you will too, but we understand that relationships don't always work out. However, given the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

Please feel free to share unused products with a friend or donate them to your local homeless shelter. 


We charge your card the day your subscription renews and your order processes. We will always send you a reminder email 2 days before your order is set to renew, in case you want to adjust your order or change your next renewal date before your payment is processed. 

Please note that all changes must be made before 12 AM MYT on the day your subscription is set to renew. If you make any changes after midnight on your renewal date, your order will have already processed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

For international credit cards, simply add the international billing address you'd like to use to your profile and Malaysian address for shipping. Because we don't ship internationally... yet!

 In addition to major credit cards, we also accept PayPal.


We know that you care about how your information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Therefore, we have therefore designed our services and data collection methodology to keep consumer privacy in mind. Check out our privacy policy here.

Credit card networks often automatically send updated card information to our vaulting service when a card number or expiration date linked to an authorized payment account changes. For example, if the card linked to your GLOW account was recently replaced due to expiration or a reported loss or theft, our payment processor may have received your replacement card number directly from the credit card network. These automatic updates help us provide uninterrupted service and reduce the need for our customers to contact us directly each time they receive a new card number or expiration date.

Please note, we do not store customers credit card information as GLOW uses secure and fully PCI-compliant 'Level 1' Credit card Vaulting Service Provider that ensures the highest level of PCI DSS compliance.
